Event video production

A well-made event video shows more than the highlights of the programme – it captures the atmosphere of the venue, the reactions of the participants and the brief moments that defined the occasion.

Video documentation can be made of conferences, corporate events, cultural programmes, concerts, sports events, openings and other community occasions. The footage can later be used for communication, promotion and archiving alike.

A highlight video is a short, energetic summary of the most important moments of the event. It works best on your website, on social media and for promoting the next edition of the event.

An aftermovie recalls the story and atmosphere of the occasion in a longer, more detailed form. Besides the main parts of the programme, it can include interviews, audience reactions, behind-the-scenes moments and spectacular details.

Before filming, we agree on the schedule, the key people and the parts of the programme that must appear in the film. The structure of the shoot always follows the character of the event and the intended use of the video.

On request we can record interviews, short statements from participants or organiser summaries. Stage performances, speeches and panel discussions can be captured in full, with dedicated sound recording. For events with multiple venues, parallel programmes or a large audience, additional camera operators can be brought in.

In the edit, the footage becomes a film with a consistent rhythm that is easy to follow. The visuals are complemented by music, sound design, colour grading, subtitles and graphic elements where needed.

Alongside the full event video or aftermovie, short vertical videos can be requested for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other online platforms.
